As I mentioned on another blog we are looking for developers. Today I am going to interview a most interesting candidate.

He is some kind of muslim or something like that. I hope he doesn't mind working with the infedels.

Should be very interesting.

It is very cold here in Midrand today. I am seriously considering it to stop smoking so I don't have to stand outside.

Things are looking up! I might have some free time in the near future. I told my staff that if we can get all the work out by Thursday we can all take Friday off. THAT seemed to have put some fire into them! I should do this "incentive" thing more often.

I went to visit New Century Windows and Doors (www.ncwd.co.za). Their ADSL was down. The router decided to disable its NATing. Then they asked me for some more changes to the site and a quote for a new site, so it wasn't a COMPLETE waste of time.

Now I'm working on phase 2 of www.mycapital.co.za.

I am also compiling a report on how we can improve www.rula.co.za for a potential client. I have a feeling it will be a large document.

Yesterday I switched www.valuechoices.co.za live after SB approved it.

I also finished a site for National Candles and wax, but that isn't live yet.

I just finished another site: www.kitchenonline.co.za

This place has the most excellent chocolate and coffee I have ever tasted. The chocs are imported from some South American country - I forget which one. Their food is beyond words. Can't wait for them to load some recipies so i can try them out myself.

Also did some changes on www.ncwd.co.za.

My DNS server lost a motherboard this morning, but everything is back to normal now.

I met Gurthro Steenkamp today. He is a really large man. I'm glad I never have to play rugby against him! He is at least 15cm taller than me and weighs 120 kg. Very knowledgable guy. We are building a site for him. He liked our first design. Ilze (our accountant) wants him to give her cellphone number to Pierre Spies. I don't think he'll do that.
