Europe 2006
Yep, I finally got around to uploading the photos of our European holiday in August. Part of the reason why this took so long was because I had a couple of complications as a result of a cracked DVD. Well, luckily all that's resolved now, and I sorted the pics out, picking the ones I'd upload, did the batch resize with the EZThumbnails program, and posted them to my gallery. (You must be logged in to access the gallery) I decided to post a short step by step tutorial on how to use EZThumbNails if you want to upload some photos to your Gallery. It's an extremely handy little (free) application that can be downloaded directly from here, to assist you in resizing all your photos to a smaller size before uploading. I strongly suggest you follow these steps, as it will make life a lot easier when uploading pics:
- When opening the program, select the Settings tab.
- Change the output parameters to Max Width: 600, Max Height: 600 and Prefix/Suffix: Blank. (See the example below)
- Next, click on the Files tab and browse to the folder where your pictures are stored. (in the "Look in:" section)
- Click on the
button and specify a different (output) path where the converted images will be placed. - Click the "Make All" button to start the batch conversion.
Hope this makes sense.Cheersjacauc
